The Deseret News Marathon is the longest-operating marathon in Utah. Runners run races that include full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1K. In designing the different branding material for the event, I wanted to highlight the historic race route into the Salt Lake Valley through illustrative lines that keep within the overall feel of Deseret News' brand. I collaborated with different vendors in creating the race medals, bibs and t-shirts.
